Canvas Drawing!

Picture
In Art class we always have lots of fun and interesting projects. For example, this one in the left. First, the students had to look up in the internet, magazine, or wherever we wanted a picture that we would like to draw. Afterwards, we should make a small grid in the picture, and another one but doubles the size, so when we had to copy the picture from the magazine to the canvas, it made it easier and in the same scale. Then try to erase every pencil line and then color it with acrylics in five different value scales of color.
Even though I had some problems in doing my canvas, I finally finished it! Me and my teacher, Ms. López, were happy with the results. I made the famous Disney's Donald Duck! I was looking for a easier way to draw my Donald, so I got into YouTube and watched a short video that showed me how to draw a Donald Duck, so I practiced it several times and finally do it in the canvas. I really enjoyed doing this Project, it was really fun doing it and I learned lots of things.

Drawing with Letters!

Picture
Another Art project that my Art teacher wanted us to do was to draw just with words!! As you can see, I did another famous cartoon, Tasmanian Devil, of Looney Tunes! The things was not to paint at all. You could write any single thing that you wanted. From famous sayings, to lyrics of songs, and more. I thought of something that goes well with my drawing so I looked in the internet all the Looney Tunes' characters names. There were lots of them.
As I really liked doing my Canvas drawing, I decided to do again another project with another cartoon, and this one I've always liked it. At first, I thought it would be long to do this whole drawing just with words, just think about it! But, I finished it very fast, and it wasn't boring, or long to do it, but fun and cool.

Sketches!

Picture
Since ninth grade until now that I am in tenth grade, we have to make sketches for homework. We had the freedom to choose to do either Journal Entries or sketches. But, obviously, if you are in art, where you basically draw, you choose to do sketches. In ninth grade, I don't know why, I chose to just write Journals and just some sketches.
But, this whole tenth grade I've just draw sketches. And in my Sketchbook, there couldn't miss a NO SMOKING sign! The time that I let know the public my hate towards smoking had to come. I really dislike the idea of smoking. I have lots of relatives that smoke and I can't do nothing. I hope I will always believe in this and never want to even try it.
